Letter to Anthony Collins RE: Anthony Collins Solicitors v Dr Rita Pal P.O. Box 8553 25rd October 2001 Mr Anthony Collins, Mr John Wearing, Mr
Matt Abdulla, Mr Andrew Lancaster And Mr Nicholas Carter Dear Mr Collins and Co, RE: Anthony Collins Solicitors v Dr Rita Pal I am writing to you given the fact I am rather amused by your recent action. Ofcourse, I have been looking forward to it for many months, hence I must congratulate you for at least making the editor of NHS Exposed a very happy woman indeed. I am indebted to you for your utmost consideration, which may prove to be the greatest entertainment yet! It is rarely that I receive such amusing writings littered with inaccuracies labeled " Particulars of the Claim". I am intrigued to see that a fifth member of your law firm is now involved. Perhaps you may wish to engage your whole firm in litigating against me as you may well require their services. As I have pointed out to you on many occasions, you are free to litigate against me at any time you wish. I hope we shall meet in court and perhaps you would allow me to list the bundles with our URL or perhaps one of my other URLs e.g. acollins-sol.com. I wish you the best of luck in defending yourselves I should just remind you of a minor fact which may be relevant - your firm failed once in representing your clients, The Shaftesbury Society! This provides you with a track record of your abilities as lawyers. Rather hapless I would say! For your information, it would be prudent to study the details of your particulars, which are flawed on many points. We should start with the minor fact that I do not have the degrees MRCP FRCR. Once you have deduced the difference between my sisters and myself, then perhaps you will be competent enough to defend yourselves. Further more I do not live at XXXXXXXXXXXX. These minor details may render your legal team rather blind to detail, which certainly is not becoming of such a so-called reputable law firm. While we come to this matter, have you heard of the Data Protection Act or did you miss that subject out in law school? Your firm is solely responsible for the damaged reputation by the actions you have taken in the past. It was a grave mistake to threaten the rights of a disabled gentleman in the effort to hide the truth. As you are a Christian firm, you will firmly believe that this is against the laws of Christianity. I stand by everything that I have written which has been the truth regarding your actions. If I am a liar then your faith will ensure that I fail. If I say the truth, then your own faith will ensure that I win. Those are the simple laws of your religion. Also note, selfish efforts to protect ones reputation is rather contrary to Christian beliefs. I could quote you the passages from your Bible if they have slipped your mind. I have done what is correct for a disabled gentleman whose rights I have fought for. I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. There is a minor point you seem to forget, I fear nothing and never have hence threatening me in conventional ways that people fear will never serve to protect your already dwindling reputation. It would not be fanciful to add that refraining from these actions may well have preserved your reputation. Who knows what the future holds. In the half life of NHS Exposed, anything is possible. May the truth win in the courts of England. I look forward to meeting you in court. It will be my pleasure. Perhaps I could tempt all five of you (and anyone else you may wish to add to your entourage) to an afternoon tea outside the High Courts in London during the court case itself. I may be able to provide you with a few pointers as to your defense since you are obviously incapable of identifying the correct Dr R Pal or the address to send the particulars to! Not a very good start I fear! Kind Regards Dr Rita Pal
