Sally Clark Inquest

"Sally Clark, the solicitor wrongly convicted of killing two of her children, died accidentally from acute alcohol intoxication, a coroner ruled yesterday": (The Telegraph).

A few years ago, Professor David Southall made a protected disclosure to the police in connection with the tragic deaths of Mrs Clark's children.

Mr Clark then made a formal complaint to the General Medical Council. We present the transcripts of the hearing that followed Mr Clark's complaint, as it is vital for the public to read through Professor Southall's defences to make their own assessment of the issues
